Nothing shows up when I screenshot a question

Check conflicting extensions

Other browser extensions may conflict with College Tools. Disable any other extensions you have installed, restart your browser, and check if the issue continues:


Type chrome:extensions into the address bar, then switch off all other extensions except College Tools.


If you're not using any additional extensions or turning them off didn't help, we recommend clearing the browser's cache next: 


  1. Type chrome://settings/clearBrowserData  into address bar
  2. Set Time range to All time.
  3. Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
  4. Click Clear Data to confirm.
