Ensuring the Extension is Correctly Enabled

Ensure that College Tools is enabled

1. Click on the College Tools icon in your browser's toolbar
2. Ensure that the toggle for "Enable College Tools" is blue

If you are logged in to your College Tools account at collegetools.io, but the issue persists, right-click the C icon in the browser's toolbar, click This Can Read and Change Site Data, and check the box next to On All Sites:
