Why was I charged during free trial?

At CollegeTools, we offer a 3-day free trial so you can explore our Chrome extension.

If you have been charged during the free trial, it could be that you reached the question limit. As outlined in our Terms & Conditions, the free trial includes a limited number of questions. Once this limit is reached, the trial ends. At that point, a popup appears within the extension, offering the option to skip the trial and convert to a paid monthly subscription to continue using our software. It appears you chose to skip the trial and proceed with the paid subscription, enabling you to continue answering questions.
