Pause subscription

Taking a break? If you're taking a semester off, studying abroad, or simply need a break from college planning, pausing your subscription can help you save money.

Here are the following steps to pause your subscription:

1. Go to your personal user dashboard via collegetools.io/dashboard

2. Click the Pause Plan button in the Plan section.

3. Select a timeframe you wish to pause your subscription for

4. Confirm by clicking Pause Subscription

Important Notes:

• Pausing your subscription will temporarily suspend your access to all CollegeTools features.
• You will not be charged during the paused period.
• Your subscription will automatically resume at the end of the selected pause duration.
• You can resume your subscription at any time by visiting your Account Settings and clicking "Resume Subscription."
