Update/Change Payment Method
This article explains how to update or change the payment method associated with your College Tools account.
Why Update Your Payment Method?
- Expired Card: If your current credit or debit card has expired, you'll need to update your payment information to avoid any service interruptions.
- Changed Card Information: If you've recently changed your card number, expiration date, or billing address, you'll need to update your account accordingly.
- Switching Payment Methods: You may wish to switch from a credit card to a debit card, or vice versa.
- Plan Renewal: You want to resubscribe to a plan.
Here's a step-by-step process on how to renew your plan:
- Ensure your card is unlocked and has sufficient funds.
- Go to your Dashboard by using this link: collegetools.io/dashboard
- Click the 'Update Payment Info' or ‘Manage Plan’ button on your Dashboard and a window should pop-up asking you to update your payment information. You should then be redirected to a Payment Details page.
- Enter the payment method you want to use for the renewal.
Note: College Tools accepts the following payment methods: credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal.
