I paid for a subscription on my phone but cannot access the College Tools Extension or College Tools Chat on my laptop

Since we don't require account creation in our mobile app, you may have subscribed to College Tools Pro without an account. To connect your subscription:

1. Launch the College Tools app
2. Tap Profile (bottom right)
3. Select "Log in" at the top - either sign into your existing account or create a new one to connect your subscription
