How does College Tools charge my account?

Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it before the end of the billing period.

Based on your plan, College Tools will bill you either monthly or annually on the date you subscribed. If your billing date does not exist in a particular month, you will be billed on the last day of that month. Charges are processed at the start of your billing cycle and may take a few days to appear on your statement.

Note: If you notice charges on a new card that you haven't added to your College Tools account, it's likely because your financial institution has automatically updated your billing details. This helps ensure that accounts with recurring payments remain in good standing when a new card is issued. Sometimes, recurring charges may be processed on an expired card. If you have any concerns about this, please contact your financial institution.
