Continuous membership

To ensure uninterrupted service, College Tools subscriptions are automatically renewed using the credit card on file. When the current subscription term ends, it is renewed at the standard subscription rate. You can cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription at any time.

Payments made in error

If you have been charged by mistake or there has been an error in billing, please submit a support request detailing the issue. We will review your case and assist with your refund request. If you do not hear back from us within 24 hours, please check your spam folder, as email providers often block unrecognised email addresses.
