I can't install the College Tools chrome extension

If when trying to install the College Tools chrome extension you get the following warning message or something similar:

Your admin has blocked this item (ID: iiikmhonbbmbdjfokdmmncdohjionkmf)

Simply follow these steps and you will be able to install it:

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click Profile >  Sync is on.
  3. Click Turn off.

If you turn off sync, you can still find your bookmarks, history, passwords, and other settings on your computer.
