Why am I seeing multiple charges on my statement?

We will only charge you once per billing period of your College Tools subscription. If you see more charges than expected, you might have multiple subscriptions.


To resolve this, please contact support with the following details:


  1. Transaction date
  2. First and last name
  3. The last four digits of the credit card number you used for the purchase
  4. Your PayPal email address if you see "PAYPAL" next to the charges on your statement
