I’m seeing charges from College Tools that I did not authorize

If you suspect that someone is using your payment method for a College Tools subscription without your consent or if you do not recognize charges from College Tools, please contact us immediately.

At College Tools, we take fraud, identity theft, and unauthorized access very seriously. We can quickly cancel any unauthorised subscriptions and prevent further charges to your credit card or PayPal account.

Note: If you see charges on a new card that you haven’t added to your College Tools account, your financial institution may have automatically updated your billing details to keep recurring payments in good standing when a new card is issued. Sometimes, recurring charges might be allowed on an expired card. If you have concerns about this, please contact your financial institution.
