Tell us if the issue starts as soon as you open an assignment and launch College Tools, or if it only happens some time after you’ve solved some questions.

  1. Provide a single-file MHTML file of the website you're using
  • On your assignments page, click File>Save Page As...
  • Ensure the format is set to Web Page, Single File
  • Click Save to save the file
  • Attach the file in your support request
